LDZ electric single-beam crane is a special-purpose crane, mostly used to grab sludge in sedimentation tanks!

Main components:

1. Metal structure:

The main beam is generally made of U-shaped groove formed by rolling steel plate, and welded with I-beam into a box-shaped solid beam. The crossbeam is also rolled into a U-shaped groove with steel plate. The large tonnage and large span are welded with steel plates, and then welded into a box-shaped solid beam. For the convenience of storage and transportation, the main crossbeams are connected with M20 high-strength bolts.

2. Electric hoist:

Electric hoists generally use wire rope electric hoists. Two electric hoists are combined in a trolley type, one double rope is used for lifting up and down, and one is used for opening and closing the grab bucket.

3. Operating mechanism:

The trolley operating mechanism adopts a separate drive form, which is completed by a conical rotor with a brake motor or an electromagnetic brake solid rotor motor. The reduction device adopts a closed gear reduction. The trolley running speed can be used at 20, 30, and 45 meters/minute.

4. In the manufacturing workshop workstation attachments, wall-mounted or fixed-column jib cranes are often used to lift light loads.

5. In the workshop, if there are three-dimensional cross-operation occasions and a large service area is required, wall-mounted cranes can be selected. Wall-mounted cranes have complex structures, high product prices, and high infrastructure costs, and are generally rarely used.
