1. Metal structure:
The main beam is generally made of U-shaped groove formed by rolling steel plate, and welded with I-beam into a box-shaped solid beam. The crossbeam is also rolled into a U-shaped groove with steel plate. The large tonnage and large span are welded with steel plates, and then welded into a box-shaped solid beam. For the convenience of storage and transportation, the main crossbeams are connected with M20 high-strength bolts.
2. Operating mechanism:
The trolley operating mechanism adopts a separate drive form, which is completed by a conical rotor with a brake motor or an electromagnetic brake solid rotor motor. The reduction device adopts a closed gear reduction. The trolley running speed can be used at 20, 30, and 45 meters/minute.
