Product Description

QB Explosion proof double girder electric overhead traveling crane is usually used to explosive environment. It mainly consists of lifting trolley,bridge frame,long traveling unit, hook ,wire rope,magnet system, cabin and electric control system etc.

The explosion proof has special design on crane wheel,hook and wire rope so as to avoid spark happening.
It has reasonable structure, light dead weight, low noise, easy operation and maintenance, low maintenance frequency and cost, superior performance and long service life.

Mechanical parts

1.Double welding box girder, beam deflection with DIN/FEM standard ;
2.Chinese standard steel Q235B,Q345B ;
3.Epoxy zinc-rich primer painting for one bottoms and two sides of 120μm thick, to achieve a long lifespan ; 
4.The girder and end beam are connected together by high strength bolts to ensure the structure strength and precision of the whole machine ;
5.The end beams are equipped with flat wheel or double rim wheels, anti-friction bearings, buffer blocks and derailment preventing plate .
