Free standing bridge crane (overhead crane) is a kind of crane with workshop station configuration, which is composed of electric hoist of column, main beam and rail and hanging parts, which can solve the problem of material handling.
Free standing overhead crane (workstations bridge crane) is mainly composed of rails, suspension devices, walking trolleys, lifting devices and some functional components. All modules are standard components and can be freely assembled according to the needs of the workshop.
The workstations bridge crane track is a closed track, with straight track and curved track, divided into Ω type or C type, and the materials commonly used are carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy. Because it is a standard component, it can be assembled into any structure such as long and short single track, multi-track, curved track or circular track.
