High Lifting Capacity and Span
Bridge girder erection cranes are designed to handle extremely massive and heavy girders, weighing anywhere from 100 to over 1000 tons. They can also support broad spans between piers, making them ideal for large-scale bridge projects.
Segmental Lifting Mechanism
Equipped with dual lifting mechanisms that allow for precise lifting and placement of long bridge girders in segments, ensuring stability and reducing structural stress during the erection process.
Multiple Operation Modes
A range of operating modes are available, including front, rear, and side beam placement, allowing for flexible girder positioning to fulfill the special requirements of complicated bridge building layouts.
Self-Propelled Structure
The crane is frequently mounted on a self-propelled gantry system, which allows it to move along the bridge structure, reposition itself, and install several girders without requiring further transportation or setup.
Advanced Control Systems
Integrated with cutting-edge control systems, including remote and automatic control capabilities. These technologies let operators to precisely adjust movements and positions, which improves girder placement accuracy.
Modular Design
Huasui bridge girder erection cranes are designed with a modular structure that allows for simple assembly, disassembly, and transit between project sites, making them an economical choice for many projects.
Beam Laucher Structure
The main girder of the bridge girder erection crane is a large horizontal beam that forms the backbone of the crane. It is built from reinforced steel, the main girder can withstand enormous loads and the stress of lifting and moving heavy bridge segments.
Lifting Trolley
It contains dual hoists that lift each side of the girder for a balanced, stable lift. These hoists are built for the precise control necessary to safely install long, heavy girders. It moves smoothly along the main beam, providing precise positioning of the load.
Winch System
This system is responsible for lifting and lowering the girders using steel cables or ropes. It works in tandem with the hydraulic system to generate the required lifting force. These winches are designed to carry the weight of extremely heavy girders, ensuring safe lifting operations. The winch system includes load sensors to prevent overloads and improve lifting safety.
Gantry Structure
This framework holds the main girder in place above the construction site and is equipped with wheels or tracks that allow the crane to move along the bridge span.
The Telescopic Legs support legs can be modified to different heights according on the site's requirements and the bridge's design, allowing the crane to handle bridges of various elevations.
Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system drives the crane's movement operations and provides the force required to raise large bridge girders. This mechanism is placed in crucial places and allows for smooth, regulated, and strong movements. This hydraulic system enables for fine adjustments, which are essential for safe and correct girder positioning during installation.
Safety System
A range of safety features are installed to ensure safe operation during heavy lifting jobs. The overload protection system protects the crane from lifting over its maximum capacity, lowering the danger of equipment failure or accidents. This technique keeps the weight stable during lifting and transit, reducing sway that could cause damage to the girder or nearby structures.
