  QY model insulation overhead crane is widely used in electrolyzing of nonferrous metal, aluminum and magnesium metallurgy workshops. 
  Insulation overhead bridge crane is composed of box-type frame, crane travelling mechanism, trolley and electric equipments. In order to prevent the current of electrical equipment to endanger the driver , the insulation equipment is set up at some suitable positions.
  This type crane belongs to heavy working grade. In order to secure safety, the main hoist mechanism is matched with double brakes.

 

Mechanical components:
Double-layer welded box beam, beam deflection meets DIN/FEM standards;
Steel: meets Chinese standards Q235B and Q345B;
Trolley track is made of high-strength hot-rolled flat steel (16 Mn);
The bottom and both sides are painted with epoxy zinc-rich paint, with a paint thickness of 120μm, for a long service life;
The end beam is equipped with flat wheels or double-ring wheels, anti-wear bearings, buffer blocks and anti-derailment end plates
