YZ  bridge crane adopts double beam single trolley structure, which is mainly composed of bridge frame, trolley, hook beam, trolley operation and electrical parts. The main hook pick-up device is fixed distance and used to lift ladle. The secondary hook is used to cooperate with the main hook to complete some auxiliary lifting operations and the dumping of ladle, steel slag.

The electrical room of the main beam adopts rock wool for insulation and is equipped with a cooling fan. A heat insulation plate is arranged along the span direction at the bottom of the main beam in order to reduce the thermal radiation of molten steel to the metal structure.

The crane is equipped with a special electronic scale. There are display devices in the driver's room and the bridge frame. The main lifting mechanism is provided with overspeed switch.
