The rubber tire container gantry crane is supported by pneumatic rubber tires and powered by a variety of power combination solutions. It consists of a gantry mechanism, a trolley assembly, a gantry frame, a power system and a special container spreader.
Huasui's RTG has the characteristics of multiple functions, high efficiency, stability and reliability, a wide range of operations, good maneuverability, low sensitivity to ground unevenness, and convenient operation and maintenance. Straight-line walking, lateral walking, 0-90 degree turning and turning in place are its biggest features. It is also equipped with safety indication and overload protection devices to provide maximum safety protection for operators and equipments. The electric drive adopts full digital AC frequency conversion and PLC speed regulation technology.
Design, manufacturing and inspection comply with international standards such as FEM, DIN, IEC, AWS, etc. Standard outsourced components from well-known domestic and foreign brands are used to ensure overall quality.
